Die <a title=\"Eurostat: RCI 2016.\" href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/regional_policy\/en\/information\/publications\/working-papers\/2017\/the-eu-regional-competitiveness-index-2016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">letzte Publikation<\/a> ist erst wenige Tage alt und f\u00fcr S\u00fcdtirol wahrlich kein Grund zur Freude: Von insgesamt 263 unter die Lupe genommenen Regionen belegt unser Land nur Rang 160. Anders ausgedr\u00fcckt: Fast zwei Drittel der europ\u00e4ischen Regionen sind wettbewerbsf\u00e4higer als S\u00fcdtirol.<\/p>\n<p>In der <em>Euregio Tirol<\/em> befinden wir uns hinter dem Bundesland Nord-\/Osttirol und dem Trentino an dritter und letzter Stelle.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33878\" src=\"http:\/\/www.brennerbasisdemokratie.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/rci2016_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"376\"\/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Kompetitivit\u00e4t weist mit einem <em>Score<\/em> von 100 Punkten London auf, dicht gefolgt von Utrecht und Umgebung. Wien schafft es als bestes \u00f6sterreichisches Bundesland noch knapp in die <em>Top 50,<\/em> w\u00e4hrend Schlusslicht Burgenland (Rang 125) immerhin noch vor dem italienischen Meister Lombardei liegt. Die geringste Kompetitivit\u00e4t italienischer Regionen weist Sizilien (Rang 237) auf.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn wir uns <strong>auf euregionaler Ebene<\/strong> die elf Teilbereiche ansehen, die in den Kompetitivit\u00e4tsindex einflie\u00dfen, wird schnell klar, dass Nord-\/Osttirol in fast allen Disziplinen (meist sogar deutlich) die Nase vorn hat. Nur dreimal kann sich das Trentino behaupten.
