    Nachdem die gegenwärtige Exklusivität der amtlichen Zweisprachigkeitsprüfung als Nachweis der eigenen Sprachkompetenz einer Überprüfung des EuGH nicht standgehalten hat, müssen Staat und Land neue Regeln festlegen. Nach mehrjährigem Tauziehen wurde nun die entsprechende Norm auf den Weg gebracht, welche vorsieht, dass nach Erlangung des Maturadiploms in der einen und eines Universitätsabschlusses in der anderen Sprache…
